General Return Information

If a customer orders the wrong item(s), whether by mistake or personal choice, they are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact our Customer Care team either via email [email protected] or phone 866-235-0414 for further instructions on how to proceed with your return. Warranty is non-transferable.

Customers have 7 days from delivery date to report damaged or missing items.

Any modification by the end user voids the warranty

In accordance with our shipping guidelines, pH adjusters are non-returnable due to their classification as corrosive liquids.

Tower Garden HOME and Tower Garden FLEX

We accept returns of Tower Gardens within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the Tower Garden within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts except the liquid starters (pH kit, pH tester, and Mineral Blend). A $75 fee per unit will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

Family Garden

Family Gardens can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the Family Garden within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts except the liquid starters (pH kit, pH tester, and Mineral Blend). A $225 fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

LED Grow Lights

LED Grow Lights can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the LED Grow Lights within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts, including lamps. A $75 fee will be deducted from the refund, which will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse. Refunds will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

*To maintain your warranty coverage, please do not open or tamper with the LED grow light head. Any disassembly will void the warranty.

Extension Kits

Extension Kits can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the extension kit within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts. A $15 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

Dolly

Dolly returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the dolly within 10 days of receiving the return label. Returns must include all original parts. A $25 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

Support Cages

Support Cages can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the support cage within 10 days of receiving the return label. A $20 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

Germinator

Germinators can be returned within 90 days of purchase. Prior approval and a prepaid return shipping label from Tower Garden are required. You must ship the germinator within 10 days of receiving the return label. A $15 fee will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be issued once the return is received and processed by our warehouse and will be applied to the original payment method only. Returns are not accepted after 90 days from the order date.

Supplies & Accessories

All other supplies & accessories not listed in our return policy can not be returned and are not refundable.
